Kamau Edwards is civil litigation personal injury trial lawyer who began his career at Ardalan & Associates in 2020.

After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), Kamau pursued his legal education at The Ohio State University College of Law where he excelled obtaining numerous honors including the Moritz Law Scholarship and being selected for a Public Service Fellowship. After graduating from law school In 2002, Kamau continued his education at the University of Miami in Florida and earned an LL.M in Real Property Development while working at both City National Bank and the law firm of Holland and Knight.

Prior to joining Ardalan & Associates, Kamau served as defense staff counsel for the San Francisco Legal Division of the Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and subsequently for the Los Angeles office of Hartsuyker, Stratman Williams-Abrego (Farmers House Counsel) where he was exclusively assigned the most significant injury and death cases. Over his career, Kamau has represented countless clients in cases throughout northern and southern California, including acting as the lead trial lawyer in significant injury and wrongful death cases involving individual, corporate and government entity defendants. Kamau prides himself as a vocal advocate who is not only tenacious and instinctive when fighting his opponents, but also compassionate and understanding towards his clients.

Since joining Ardalan & Associates, Kamau is the lead counsel in numerous 6 and 7 figure cases involving personal injuries and wrongful deaths caused through the careless acts of others.
