SANAZ RAZI

ATTORNEY AT LAW

Sanaz Razi is a civil litigation attorney with eight years of trial experience. She began her career in the courtroom, and ultimately joined Ardalan and Associates to fiercely advocate for the rights of those who have been injured.

Prior to joining Ardalan & Associates, Ms. Razi was in private practice wherein she litigated over 15 jury and bench trials in personal injury, business, and real estate matters, including fraud, breach of contract, product liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. Ms. Razi also served as counsel and business consultant to a number of businesses wherein she advised them on operational and procedural legal matters.

Ms. Razi graduated from University of California, Los Angeles, in 2002 with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science, with College Honors, Cum Laude and Latin Honors.  While at UCLA, Ms. Razi was admitted into the International and Comparative Politics Program, which allowed her to travel Europe to study and compare the European government and political systems. At UCLA, during Spring 2002, Ms. Razi was a Representative for the Center for American Politics and Public Policy in Washington, D.C. This experience inspired Ms. Razi to pursue a career in the legal field.

Upon graduating from UCLA, Ms. Razi worked in a law firm for two years during which time she gained invaluable exposure to the practice of law. In 2007, Ms. Razi received a Juris Doctorate Degree from Boston University School of Law. While a student at Boston University, Ms. Razi was a member of the Civil Litigation Program, which allowed her to learn and practice lawyering skills in trial courts, housing courts, and the Massachusetts’s Supreme Judicial Court.

After graduating from Law School in May 2007, Ms. Razi moved back to Los Angeles to pursue her aspirations of being a trial attorney. Upon admittance into the California State Bar in January 2008, Ms. Razi tried her first jury trial. Ms. Razi was further admitted to the U.S. District Court of California in November 2008, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit in January 2009. From 2009 to 2010, Ms. Razi served on the Board of Directors for the Iranian-American Bar Association, Los Angeles Chapter.

With eight solid years of litigation experience in hand, Ms. Razi joined Ardalan & Associates to pursue her passion for advocacy; focusing on representing Plaintiffs in a variety of personal injury matters. Ms. Razi’s priority is to address her client’s immediate needs and vulnerabilities, always doing so with empathy and compassion. She understands that after an injury, she is her client’s hope of a better tomorrow. With that in mind, she joined the team of Ardalan & Associates to fight vigorously, side by side, with prominent attorneys, with whom she shares her core values.

On her spare time, Ms. Razi is eager to volunteer. Previously, she volunteered at Project Literacy, Food on Foot, along with her own creation, the Dress the Homeless Project. She is also an avid hiker and camper who loves the tranquility that nature brings to her life.
